Website use

You may use this website for lawful purposes and may not attempt to disrupt, copy, misuse, or gain unauthorised access to its systems or content.

Project enquiries

Submitting the contact form does not create a client relationship or guarantee acceptance of a project. We will review the information and respond with questions, availability, and next steps.

Scope and delivery

Project work begins after scope, schedule, fees, payment terms, and responsibilities are agreed in writing. Changes outside the agreed scope may affect the timeline and cost.

Intellectual property

Ownership and licensing of project deliverables will be defined in the applicable proposal or agreement. Falqon Studio may retain rights to reusable methods, tools, and general know-how unless agreed otherwise.
